We know life is expensive, and wherever we can, we absorb shipping costs to make ordering feel easier.
All orders within Australia ship free.
At this stage, Mosaic Maker’s Studio Kits are available to Australian customers only, as international shipping costs often exceed the cost of the kit itself.
For our international community, the Mosaic Mail Club remains available with a small $3 shipping fee, designed to keep costs manageable within Australia while still sharing artwork and creativity worldwide.
All original mosaics, along with merchandise and most prints, are shipped worldwide with free shipping.
We’re actively exploring better shipping solutions for larger and premium kits, which are more complex (and expensive!) to ship in Australia aswell as internationally. Could open doors for the larger kits to ship internationally, if there's interest. So let me know please xx.

Every order is treated as a piece of art. Each item is carefully wrapped in gold tissue paper, handled with the same care and intention as the work itself.
Inside, you’ll find a personal letter, a thank-you card, and a donation card so you can see the impact you’ve helped make. Your parcel also includes a branded sticker and a bonus collectible print for the month.
Everything is placed into a luxury reusable gift box, finished with a gold ribbon and packed securely. That parcel is then protected inside a postal box, so what arrives at your door feels just as it was meant to — considered, safe, and special
Shipping Policy & Order Cut-Off Schedule
Weekly Deliveries:
Orders placed by Friday at 12 PM (noon) will be packed and shipped the following Monday, or ASAP after, (if we're waiting for goodies to be delivered to us, etc.) This effects Kits, original mosaics, prints etc
Orders from our print on demand service are outside of our control unfortunately.
Orders received after this cutoff will be processed the next week. Otherwise we're at the post office all the time instead of creating, we can't have that 😆
Mosaic Mail Club Deliveries:
Mosaic Mail Clubs ship once a month, typically at the start of each month.
As soon as we can at the start of each month we'll send out the subscription goodies 😍
