At Merrin’s Art – Australia, each mosaic piece is crafted with care and intended to last a lifetime. We want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase.
Postal Issues – 14 Days
If your item arrives damaged or faulty due to postal handling, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue and the packaging so we can assist you swiftly. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Manufacturing Warranty – 1 Year
All mosaic works are covered by a 1-year warranty for any faults in workmanship or materials under normal use. If something isn’t right, get in touch — we’ll work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue fairly.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the unique nature of custom and made-to-order pieces, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.
